BUILDING FEATURES
McFeetors Hall has been designed to be a mixed-use housing complex, for use by not only UWinnipeg students, but by members of the community as well. The first and second floors are composed of apartment units for use by community members, particularly those with families, who are attending any educational institution in Winnipeg. 44 double and 88 single dorm rooms located on floors three through six will be for use by UWinnipeg students. The residence will contain ample study and common-area space for residents to take advantage of, as well as features such as a common kitchen and laundry facilities.
